Dr. Elizabeth Bynum
(PT, DPT)
Dr Elizabeth Bynum earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from CUNY College of Staten Island in 2019. While in graduate school she was part of a research team studying knee osteoarthritis.
Additionally, her clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, and pediatrics. Since completing her education she has worked in outpatient orthopedics treating a multitude of conditions and injuries including helping athletes of all ages.
Dr Bynum received training in IPA manual therapy and uses a combination of manual and exercise based treatment. Her philosophy includes creating individualized programs that help her patients achieve their goals.
Dr Bynum was born and raised in Cortlandt Manor, NY. In her free time she loves going to the gym, taking dance classes, hiking in the area, and spending time with her family.
