Originally from Guatemala, Sussan began her healthcare education studying Physical and Occupational Therapy before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Movement Science. Her extensive training in anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human movement provides a strong clinical foundation that guides her therapeutic approach.
After graduating from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, Sussan continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in Orthopedic Massage, Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, TMJ Dysfunction Treatment, and Scoliosis Management. Her specialized training allows her to safely and effectively work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic pain conditions, and cancer treatment.
Sussan is known for combining clinical knowledge with compassionate, hands-on care. She frequently works with patients experiencing neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, postural imbalances, scoliosis-related discomfort, stress-related tension, and sports or work-related injuries. Her treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s goals, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on improving movement, function, and long-term wellness.
Working within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, Sussan collaborates closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
