We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. The PTA will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality, individualized care for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving practice that offers a wide range of services across Westchester County, NY. The successful candidate will support the treatment of patients in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while helping to maintain the smooth operation of the clinic.
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000

Education: bachelor degree
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist Assistant degree
- NYS Licensure
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Additional certifications such as CSCS, PES, GTS, etc., preferred but not required
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred
- New grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs
- Provide hands-on therapy and ensure patients’ safety during treatment sessions
- Assist with the management of patient cases, including but not limited to completing patient notes, scheduling appointments, reviewing authorizations, and processing scripts
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain the functionality and cleanliness of the clinic, including equipment care and organization
- Educate and motivate patients to adhere to their home exercise programs and recovery plans
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for patients at all times
