April McRae is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping individuals find relief, balance, and lasting well-being through the healing power of therapeutic touch. With 10 years of experience, April brings a compassionate and intuitive approach to each session, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel cared for and renewed.
She received training at The Pacific College in New York City, where she gained comprehensive experience in the following modalities:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Myofascial Release
- Pre- and Postnatal Massage
By integrating multiple techniques, April customizes each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every client. She has a particular interest in working with individuals recovering from stroke, chronic pain, and injury, as well as athletes and prenatal/postnatal clients. Passionate about supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, she strives to help every client restore balance and overall well-being.
Outside the treatment room, April enjoys roller skating, rock climbing, hiking with her dog, and spending time with family and friends. She aspires to lead a grounded and mindful approach to both her work and life.
April welcomes both new and returning clients and is honored to be part of their wellness journey.
